San Francisco, CA, November 10, 2006 - Fluxion Biosciences, developer of advanced automation solutions for cellular biology, today announced that Jeff Jensen has joined the company as CEO and Director.

Mr. Jensen joins Fluxion from Eksigent Technologies, where he was President and CEO. While at Eksigent, he led the company following its founding to a leading position as a provider of microfluidic systems for medical devices and drug discovery tools. Prior to Eksigent, Mr. Jensen was the chief operating officer of materials science company Mobius Technologies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jensen held a variety of engineering and management positions at Raychem and Pall Corporation. Mr. Jensen earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, and completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.
