Fluxion delivers advanced systems for cellular analysis using our revolutionary Well Plate Microfluidic™ (WPM) technology. WPM enables physiologically-relevant data from cell-based assays serving a variety of research and drug discovery applications. Using a proprietary microfluidic approach, Fluxion’s products offer, higher throughput, simplified workflows, smaller sample sizes, enhanced data quality and reduced costs compared with conventional assay techniques.

Fluxion’s products include the BioFlux system and the IonFlux system.

Live cell imaging under shear flow

The BioFlux System is designed for running automated, image-based cellular-interaction studies. It provides a complete solution for flow-based assays, including cell adhesion, biofilm analysis, transmigration and other applications. The system is available as an add-on to existing inverted microscopes or as a fully integrated high content imaging solution.

Automated patch clamping

The IonFlux System takes automated patch clamp analysis to a new level. Employing Fluxion’s unique well-plate integrated microfluidics (WPM) technology, IonFlux offers the highest throughput of any available system for automated electrophysiology, at the lowest cost per data point. The system is ideally suited for all ion channels, including both voltage gated and ligand-gated.
